Bali Sanur

Sanur is located in Denpasar, in Bali. Historically, Bali Sanur was used during World War I and World War II as an entry-point for invading forces entering Bali. It is a stretch of beach, and is known by travellers in the area as the first "real" resort destination in Bali.

The area was once a quiet fishing village, but over the past few decades has grown into a favourite tourist location. Famous for its pristine beaches, authentic Indonesian culture and a range of resorts offering genuine service and hospitality, Sanur is a must-see location for travellers.

Because of the bustling tourism industry in Bali Sanur, luxury resorts are becoming both common and very affordable.
